Border Collie Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in a puppy from our litter. Please complete this form as fully and honestly as you can. There are no "wrong" answers. It helps us find the right home for each puppy and the right puppy for each home.

Litter: Kita (dam) × Blue Toad (sire), due mid-November 2026.

Puppies leave: from January 2027 at 8 weeks old, vet checked, microchipped, wormed and with their first vaccination.

Please note: the puppies are not Kennel Club registered.
